For the Beginner ready to start their Yoga Journey. This 5 week Collection is designed to give you a solid foundation to build your Yoga Practice. You will have access to in person classes, virtual options, playback recording AND a workbook to keep for life!

SCHEDULE
The Beginners Yoga series is offered on Saturdays from 3-5pm. See the schedule below for more details. Pre-registration is required and space is available on a first come, first served basis. This class will fill up and we recommend registering a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the session to secure your space.
3/4 Week 1: Breath & Meditation 3/11 Week 2: Movement with breath, Sun Salutations A 3/18 Week 3: Sun Salutations A & B 3/25 Week 4: Warrior Series 4/01 Week 5: Balancing and Flexibility
REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is required for the 5-week session and the cost is $75 for the whole series. We also offer sliding scale rates and single class options. Register for the series through the online schedule link above to reserve your space. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. All sales final.
FAQ
WHAT DO I WEAR! Wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily move.
WHAT/WHEN DO I EAT? It is not recommended to have a full meal directly before class. Don’t eat heavy in the two hours before class.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING? A water bottle. We have a water fountain available and all the props you will need for class.
DO I HAVE TO PREREGISTER? YES! We will not be allowing people to drop into class without preregistration. If you would like to sign up after the first week, and we still have the space, you can contact me to preregister. The doors will be locked once everyone who has preregistered has arrived.
