This energizing flow is best to do in the morning- perhaps it will even take over your morning coffee ritual! Have you ever felt a little reluctant to get to yoga, only to realize that after the class, you have butt-loads more energy than you did beforehand?

Yoga has the amazing ability to increase our stamina, boost our mood, cultivate mental alertness and bring a sense of vitality to both body and mind. Active poses that stimulate the blood flow through the body can help combat fatigue and also help to counter some of the effects of modern day life- particularly long periods of sitting. Stress is also one of the leading factors that robs us of energy and leaves us feeling depleted. Yoga helps to lower stress levels and in turn, increases energy levels.

This class allows students to practice within their comfort level by offering proper modifications for beginners, more challenging options for advanced students and students are always encouraged to rest when needed.

Ideal for all levels with the ability to move from floor to standing with ease and an understanding of your own body.
A faster-paced practice that can include almost any yoga pose, put together in sequences designed to: link movement to breath, develop core and muscular strength, increase flexibility and build stamina/endurance.

This is accomplished through challenging positions that you either repeatedly move through quickly (increasing heart rate and targeting certain muscle groups) or hold for a longer time than usual (building muscle strength and endurance).

This Power Flow class will provide more time and instruction to explore an array of arm balances or inversions in a way that will build strength, dissolve fear, and create playfulness!

The class is open to students of all levels looking to establish a foundation and grow stronger in their practice, with a focus on poses that float your feet off the ground. Bring your curiosity and we will soar together! Yoga/fitness experience recommended
This class is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters(pillows), blankets, and other yoga props that support us to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity.

At the end of the class, we hope you feel “de-stressed,” rested and restored. This class is designed to be suitable for all students. Additionally, anyone who struggles with sleep disorders may benefit from this relaxing practice.
