A Yogis Coffee
These classes are offered in the morning and designed to jump start your day. We will start by moving fascia and waking up the lymph. We will then move on to some gentle warm up poses that lead up to a energizing vinyasa flow. Well end our class with a motivational guided meditation.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is the perfect complement to more vigorous Yang-based practices like Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Yin classes are known to release repressed or stored emotions, leaving the yogi feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed. Yin yoga is an excellent practice for beginners. It gives them plenty of time to uncover the unique benefits of individual poses without worrying about tricky transitions.

Vinyasa Yoga
A Vinyasa yoga practice connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. Vinyasa yoga can be practiced at any level, tempo or temperature based on individual preferences. Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.
