Gentle Yoga (in-person & virtual)
What does our body need? What does our mind need? How can we breathe life into those sticky areas? Our gentle yoga focuses on intuitive movement and reconnecting with ourselves. Life is not linear and it requires our body to move in ways we are not always prepared for. In this class we do not focus on strength or flexibility; rather, we focus on giving love to the parts of our body that are stressed.

Warm-Up Yoga
As the morning light grows brighter, this class invites your body to awaken with ease. We move intentionally—steady breath, gentle heat, and mindful transitions that prepare you for the day ahead. It’s not about pushing, but about tuning in, warming from the inside out, and finding the kind of energy that lasts long after you leave the mat.

Power Yoga — “A Yogi’s Coffee”
These morning classes are designed to jump start your day. We’ll begin by moving fascia and waking up the lymph, followed by gentle warm-up poses that build into an energizing vinyasa flow. Class closes with a motivational guided meditation to set the tone for the rest of your day.
This Power Flow is created to challenge every body that walks through the door—whether you’re brand new to yoga or years into your practice. You won’t be alone in the work. Everyone is asked to meet themselves honestly, and that looks different for each of us.
The goal isn’t to nail every pose or keep up with everything I say—it’s to show up and listen. Sometimes that means pushing. Sometimes it means pausing. That’s the practice. You don’t have to be a master yogi to take this class, but this is the kind of class that helps you become one.

Restorative Yoga (in-person & virtual)
Did you know yoga can help regulate the nervous system? That’s exactly what we explore in these sessions. You’ll hold accessible poses for up to five minutes with the support of props, inviting your body to soften and your mind to settle.
Lexi offers optional hands-on assistance for deeper support. Bring along as many pillows and blankets as you’d like—the more, the better. A limited supply of props is available in the studio.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Fieldhouse Fitness isn’t your average gym. Owner Justin has created a one-of-a-kind space in Olin, NC that feels both expansive and grounding. The yoga studio sits inside a huge metal building with climate control and padded floors for comfort and safety. On warm days, the oversized garage doors open to let in fresh air and sunlight. When it rains, the sound of drops on the tin roof turns every class into a deeply calming experience.
This is a space built for connection, exploration, and community. Whether you’re rolling out your mat for the first time or returning week after week, the Fieldhouse offers the perfect balance of strength and serenity.
